Job Description

Senior Developer - HR Management System

As a Senior Developer on the HR Management System team, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable web solutions that support employee data management, payroll processing, and performance tracking. You will ensure the system’s reliability, security, and seamless integration with other enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable modules within the HR Management System using C#, ASP.net, and SQL
  • Collaborate with HR domain experts, backend engineers, and UI/UX designers to define and implement new system features
  • Develop secure APIs and integrations for handling employee data, payroll, and performance management processes
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards
  • Conduct code reviews, optimize system performance, and ensure application reliability and data integrity
  • Mentor junior developers, guide technical discussions, and contribute to architectural decisions

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, C#, ASP.net, and RESTful API development
  • Experience with SQL or other relational databases, including schema design and performance tuning
  • Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure data handling practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies
